Air reinforced insulation type wind power busbar is a new energy-saving busbar product specially developed by our company for wind power generation system. The rated working voltage of the product is 690/1000V, the rated insulation voltage is 1000V/1500V, the rated current of a single channel is 500A to 2500A, the frequency is 50Hz, and the wire system is available in three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire system. Suitable for 750KW and above wind turbine stator and rotor outlet special transmission equipment.
The busway adopts the air-reinforced composite insulation structure, the conductor adopts the weather-resistant polyester film integral coating or epoxy insulating powder spraying insulation method, and the conductor adopts the special insulation support to fix, the product has superior insulation performance and strong short-circuit resistance.
The busway conductor is rectangular aluminum alloy conductor, and the conductor joint surface is nickel-plated, copper-tin-plated (silver-plated) composite coating technology, which not only improves the oxidation resistance, but also reduces the contact resistance and improves the electrical conductivity.
The busway shell is made of hot galvanized sheet, which has high mechanical strength, good heat dissipation performance, and can eliminate the structure heating caused by eddy current loss, and improve the overall power quality of the line.
Busway shell surface anticorrosion using internationally renowned imported brand powder electrostatic spraying process, salt spray resistance of more than 1000 hours, with more than 30 years of weather resistance, to ensure the busbar trough service life and reliability.
The busway is supported by special elastic support along the wall of the wind power tower barrel. While ensuring the load distribution of each unit of the busway, the adjustable installation support can eliminate the position error of the fixed stud on the tower barrel wall. The special formula rubber shock absorber component can eliminate the influence of the tower barrel low-frequency vibration on the busway structure.
Each unit of the wind power busway is modular design and production, according to the size of the tower barrel, the section is made well, and the special fast connector is used for assembly and connection, and the installation can be realized with an ordinary wrench, which is convenient and fast.
High strength fixed torque bolt structure of the joint connector, with a fixed torque (80±6N.m) clamping function; The special dish gasket and square nut have the function of self-locking and anti-loosening; It has the function of shell temperature indication and overtemperature alarm
Compared with the construction of wind power cable wiring, busway can be equipped with prefabricated segment tower for shipment and lifting installation, which greatly improves the construction progress of wind power tower barrel equipment and reduces the labor intensity and installation cost of construction units.
The cable connection box is fully enclosed with hot galvanized sheet, and the anti-corrosion performance is the same as that of the busbar. The internal connection is tinned copper bar, which is convenient for the lap of each phase cable. The cable sheath adopts nylon waterproof sealing joint, which improves the protection level.
